How should I care for my jewelry/accessory to ensure longevity?

To ensure the longevity of your Naina & Noor jewelry and accessories:

  1. Preserve the shine: Remove gold-plated jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising. To ensure your jewelry maintains its shine, store all jewelry in a cool, dry location.
  2. Oxygen-Free Storage: Store jewelry in a plastic bag when not worn. The lack of oxygen will keep your jewelry bright and shiny for years to come.
  3. Perfume & Lotion Alert: Wait 1-2 minutes after spraying perfume or putting on lotion to put on your jewelry. Perfume or other contaminants may alter the jewelry by making it look stained or dull.
  4. Avoid Hard Knocks: Be cautious not to drop or strike your jewelry against hard surfaces.
  5. To clean your jewelry: Use a few drops of mild dishwashing detergent with warm water. Rinse your jewelry in this solution, air dry, and buff with a microfiber cloth.

Do you have a physical store location?

Currently, Naina & Noor operates primarily online to bring our exquisite collection directly to your doorstep. While we don't have a standalone physical store, we sometimes show up to pop-up events and showcases in various cities. How does the buyback program work?

Our commitment to sustainability and style drives the buyback program journey at Naina & Noor:

  1. Collection: Reach out to us, and we'll provide you with a shipping label.
  2. Drop-off: Take your box of garments to the nearest post office.
  3. Reimbursement: Once we receive your garments, for each eligible item, we'll reward you with a gift card.
  4. Inspection: Each garment undergoes a thorough quality check.
  5. Transformation: Our artisans craft these garments into beautiful, unique accessories.
  6. Quality Assurance: Every repurposed accessory undergoes a strict quality check to ensure durability and aesthetics.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations can be made only within a limited timeframe. Please contact our customer service immediately at nainaandnoor@gmail.com for assistance.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click on that number, or enter it into the tracking section of the shipping provider's website, to get real-time updates on your package's location.

When will my order ship?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of the purchase date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

For returns:

  1. Contact us at nainaandnoor@gmail.com to initiate the process.
  2. If your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note there are exceptions on certain items, and items returned without prior authorization won't be accepted.
