How it works

In India and abroad, festivals and joyous occasions are often celebrated with colorful outfits, adorned with jewels and beads of the highest quality. After these occasions are over, lehengas and saris are seldom used again.

In an effort to reduce waste and give new life to previously-loved outfits, we at Naina and Noor have initiated our Garment Buyback program! Send us your used saris, salwar kameez, lehengas, and bridal outfits, and we'll send you a Visa gift card, eligible for use anywhere you want. In turn, we'll use your pre-owned garments to create new accessories and clothing items.

How it works:

1). Reach out to us by filling out the contact form below. Be sure to include the number of outfits you'll be sending us.

2). We'll send you a prepaid shipping labelPlace the outfits in a package of your choosing and attach the prepaid shipping label.

3). Once we receive your garments, we'll send you an email with your gift card!

What can I expect to be paid? (Prices effective as of March 25, 2023)

  • $4 per three-piece garment set (such as salwar kameezes, shararas, and anarkalis)
  • $3 per sari (blouse not necessary, but welcomed)
  • $2 per kurta/kurti sent individually
  • $1 per unaccompanied dupatta (top and bottom not included)

What garments can I send?

We accept all forms of ladies' Indian wear including but not limited to: kurtis/kurtas, salwars, shararas, lehengas, saris, and anarkalis.

At this time, we are not accepting men's wear.

What happens if a garment I send isn't accepted?

If we can't upcycle a garment you send us, we'll return it back to you or donate it to a charitable organization.

June 2023 update: Naina and Noor is moving locations! During this period of transition, we have temporarily paused our buyback program. We will resume purchasing buybacks in September 2023. We thank you all for your patience and support!
